1. Who is responsible for your data

RechterHand is provided by Andriescu IT, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 71354263, VAT NL002218135B40, located at Ocarinalaan 138, 2287 RD, Rijswijk ZH, Nederland. For questions about this policy or your data: marian@andriescu.nl.

2. What data we process

  • Account data - username, password (stored encrypted), role.
  • Usage data - your conversations with the AI assistant, memory the assistant stores, documents and files you upload or have generated.
  • Connected services - when you connect an account yourself (for example email, WhatsApp, calendar, banking), the required access credentials are stored encrypted, separately per customer.
  • Google Calendar - when your company connects a Google Calendar, we read and change events in that calendar so the assistant can schedule for you. We keep no copy of the calendar: event details the assistant fetches appear only in the user's own chat history, which can be deleted at any time. Access is kept as an encrypted refresh token, separately per company. See section 4a below.
  • Payment data - subscriptions are handled by our payment processor Mollie. We never see or store your card or bank details ourselves.
  • Technical data - IP address and basic logging, only for security and troubleshooting.

3. What we use this data for

To provide the service, to invoice, to prevent abuse, and to improve the service. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. When your data reaches another party

Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by the AI model provider configured for your account, which generates the answer. We only offer AI providers whose terms exclude using your messages to train their general models. The providers currently enabled are:

  • Google Gemini API, on the paid tier (Cloud Billing enabled). Under these terms Google does not use prompts or responses to improve its models. See the Gemini API terms.
  • DeepInfra, which runs open-weight models on its own infrastructure with zero data retention: inputs and outputs are not stored and not used for training. See DeepInfra data privacy.

If a model router (OpenRouter or Kilo) is used, we also enforce this technically: every request carries the instruction data_collection: deny, so the router itself refuses to send the request to any provider that stores or trains on the data.

Payments go through Mollie B.V. See Mollie's own privacy policy for how they process payment data.

When you connect an integration yourself (for example your own email account or bank account), the traffic goes directly to that service, with the details you provided for it.

4a. Google Calendar

When your company connects its Google Calendar to RechterHand, we request access through Google OAuth with exactly these scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly. With this access the AI assistant reads, creates, changes and deletes events in the calendar your company chose, only at a user's request and visibly in the conversation; deleting an event always needs a Yes/No confirmation first. The list of calendars is only used to let you choose which calendar the assistant works in.

We keep no copy of your calendar. Event details the assistant fetches to answer a request appear only in that user's own chat history, which the user can delete at any time. Access is kept as an encrypted refresh token, stored with your company's account, with a separate key per customer. Google data is not shared with third parties other than the AI provider that answers your request, is not used for advertising, and is never used to train or improve any AI model.

Disconnect on the Google Calendar card, or deleting the card, revokes the access at Google and deletes the stored token. You can also revoke access yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. How long we keep data

As long as your account is active. After cancellation your data is deleted within 30 days, except data we are legally required to keep longer (such as invoices, which must be kept for 7 years for tax purposes).

6. Security

Sensitive data (passwords and connected-service credentials) is stored encrypted, with a separate key per customer/organisation, so a leak of one customer's data does not automatically expose the data of other customers.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing

To use these rights, email marian@andriescu.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your request, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Cookies

We only use a necessary session cookie to keep you logged in, and your language choice on this page is remembered in your browser. No third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

9. Changes

We may change this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

1. Wie is verantwoordelijk voor je gegevens

RechterHand wordt aangeboden door Andriescu IT, KvK 71354263, BTW NL002218135B40, gevestigd op Ocarinalaan 138, 2287 RD, Rijswijk ZH, Nederland. Voor vragen over deze verklaring of over je gegevens: marian@andriescu.nl.

2. Welke gegevens we verwerken

  • Accountgegevens - gebruikersnaam, wachtwoord (versleuteld opgeslagen), rol.
  • Gebruiksgegevens - je gesprekken met de AI-assistent, geheugen dat de assistent opslaat, documenten en bestanden die je uploadt of laat genereren.
  • Gekoppelde diensten - als je zelf een account koppelt (bijvoorbeeld e-mail, WhatsApp, agenda, bankintegratie), worden de benodigde toegangsgegevens versleuteld opgeslagen, apart per klant.
  • Google Calendar - als je bedrijf een Google-agenda koppelt, lezen en wijzigen we afspraken in die agenda om de assistent te laten plannen. We bewaren geen kopie van de agenda: afspraakgegevens die de assistent ophaalt staan alleen in de eigen chatgeschiedenis van de gebruiker, die altijd verwijderd kan worden. De toegang bewaren we als een versleutelde refresh-token, apart per bedrijf. Zie sectie 4a hieronder.
  • Betaalgegevens - abonnementen worden afgehandeld door onze betaalverwerker Mollie. Wij zien en bewaren zelf nooit je kaart- of bankgegevens.
  • Technische gegevens - IP-adres en basale logging, uitsluitend voor beveiliging en het oplossen van storingen.

3. Waarvoor we deze gegevens gebruiken

Om de dienst te kunnen leveren, te factureren, misbruik te voorkomen, en de dienst te verbeteren. We gebruiken je gegevens niet voor advertentiedoeleinden en verkopen ze niet aan derden.

4. Wanneer je gegevens een externe partij bereiken

Berichten die je naar de AI-assistent stuurt, worden verwerkt door de AI-modelprovider die voor jouw account is ingesteld; die maakt het antwoord. We bieden alleen AI-providers aan waarvan de voorwaarden uitsluiten dat je berichten worden gebruikt om hun algemene modellen te trainen. Op dit moment zijn dat:

  • Google Gemini API, betaalde versie (Cloud Billing ingeschakeld). Onder deze voorwaarden gebruikt Google berichten en antwoorden niet om zijn modellen te verbeteren. Zie de Gemini API-voorwaarden.
  • DeepInfra, dat open modellen op eigen servers draait zonder gegevens te bewaren: invoer en uitvoer worden niet opgeslagen en niet gebruikt om te trainen. Zie DeepInfra data privacy.

Als een modelrouter (OpenRouter of Kilo) wordt gebruikt, dwingen we dit ook technisch af: elk verzoek draagt de instructie data_collection: deny mee, waarmee de router zelf weigert het verzoek naar een provider te sturen die gegevens opslaat of gebruikt om op te trainen.

Betalingen lopen via Mollie B.V. Zie Mollie's eigen privacyverklaring voor hoe zij betaalgegevens verwerken.

Als jij zelf een integratie koppelt (bijvoorbeeld je eigen e-mailaccount of bankrekening), gaat het verkeer rechtstreeks naar die dienst, met de gegevens die jij daarvoor hebt opgegeven.

4a. Google Calendar

Koppelt je bedrijf zijn Google-agenda aan RechterHand, dan vragen we via Google OAuth toegang met precies deze scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events en https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly. Met die toegang leest, maakt, wijzigt en verwijdert de AI-assistent afspraken in de agenda die je bedrijf heeft gekozen, alleen op verzoek van een gebruiker en zichtbaar in het gesprek; het verwijderen van een afspraak vraagt altijd eerst een Ja/Nee-bevestiging. De lijst met agenda's wordt alleen gebruikt om te kiezen in welke agenda de assistent werkt.

We bewaren geen kopie van je agenda. Afspraakgegevens die de assistent ophaalt om een verzoek te beantwoorden staan alleen in de eigen chatgeschiedenis van die gebruiker, die de gebruiker altijd kan verwijderen. De toegang bewaren we als een versleutelde refresh-token, opgeslagen bij het account van je bedrijf, met een aparte sleutel per klant. Google-gegevens worden niet gedeeld met derden behalve de AI-provider die je verzoek beantwoordt, niet gebruikt voor advertenties en nooit gebruikt om een AI-model te trainen of te verbeteren.

Met Disconnect op de Google Calendar-kaart, of door de kaart te verwijderen, trekken we de toegang bij Google in en verwijderen we de bewaarde token. Je kunt de toegang ook zelf intrekken via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Hoe lang we gegevens bewaren

Zolang je account actief is. Na opzegging worden je gegevens uiterlijk 30 dagen later verwijderd, behalve gegevens die we wettelijk langer moeten bewaren (zoals facturen, voor de fiscale bewaarplicht van 7 jaar).

6. Beveiliging

Gevoelige gegevens (wachtwoorden en gekoppelde-dienst-gegevens) worden versleuteld opgeslagen, met een aparte sleutel per klant/organisatie - zodat het lekken van de gegevens van één klant niet automatisch de gegevens van andere klanten blootlegt.

7. Jouw rechten

Onder de AVG heb je het recht op:

  • Inzage in je gegevens
  • Correctie van onjuiste gegevens
  • Verwijdering van je gegevens ("recht op vergetelheid")
  • Beperking van de verwerking
  • Overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens
  • Bezwaar tegen verwerking

Wil je hier gebruik van maken? Stuur een e-mail naar marian@andriescu.nl. Ben je het niet eens met hoe we je verzoek afhandelen, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Cookies

We gebruiken alleen een noodzakelijk sessie-cookie om je ingelogd te houden, en je taalkeuze op deze pagina wordt in je browser onthouden. Geen trackingcookies van derden voor advertenties.

9. Wijzigingen

We kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen. De datum bovenaan deze pagina laat zien wanneer dat voor het laatst is gebeurd.

2. Qué datos tratamos

  • Datos de la cuenta - nombre de usuario, contraseña (guardada cifrada), rol.
  • Datos de uso - tus conversaciones con el asistente de IA, la memoria que guarda el asistente, documentos y archivos que subes o generas.
  • Servicios conectados - si conectas una cuenta (por ejemplo correo, WhatsApp, calendario, banca), las credenciales necesarias se guardan cifradas, por separado para cada cliente.
  • Google Calendar - si tu empresa conecta un calendario de Google, leemos y modificamos eventos de ese calendario para que el asistente pueda planificar. No guardamos ninguna copia del calendario: los detalles de eventos que obtiene el asistente solo aparecen en el historial de chat del propio usuario, que se puede borrar en cualquier momento. El acceso se guarda como un token de actualización cifrado, por separado para cada empresa. Ver la sección 4a.
  • Datos de pago - las suscripciones las gestiona nuestro procesador de pagos Mollie. Nunca vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta o cuenta bancaria.
  • Datos técnicos - dirección IP y registros básicos, solo para seguridad y resolución de fallos.

3. Para qué usamos estos datos

Para prestar el servicio, facturar, prevenir abusos y mejorar el servicio. No usamos tus datos con fines publicitarios ni los vendemos a terceros.

4. Cuándo llegan tus datos a otra parte

Los mensajes que envías al asistente de IA los procesa el proveedor de modelos de IA configurado para tu cuenta, que genera la respuesta. Solo ofrecemos proveedores de IA cuyas condiciones excluyen el uso de tus mensajes para entrenar sus modelos generales. Actualmente están activos:

  • Google Gemini API, en el nivel de pago (Cloud Billing activado). Con estas condiciones Google no usa las peticiones ni las respuestas para mejorar sus modelos. Ver las condiciones de Gemini API.
  • DeepInfra, que ejecuta modelos abiertos en su propia infraestructura sin retención de datos: las entradas y salidas no se guardan ni se usan para entrenar. Ver DeepInfra data privacy.

Si se usa un enrutador de modelos (OpenRouter o Kilo), también lo imponemos técnicamente: cada petición lleva la instrucción data_collection: deny, de modo que el propio enrutador se niega a enviarla a un proveedor que guarde los datos o entrene con ellos.

Los pagos se procesan a través de Mollie B.V. Consulta la política de privacidad de Mollie para saber cómo tratan los datos de pago.

Si conectas tú mismo una integración (por ejemplo tu propia cuenta de correo o bancaria), el tráfico va directamente a ese servicio, con los datos que tú has indicado.

4a. Google Calendar

Cuando tu empresa conecta su Google Calendar a RechterHand, solicitamos acceso mediante Google OAuth con exactamente estos permisos: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events y https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly. Con este acceso el asistente de IA lee, crea, modifica y elimina eventos en el calendario elegido por tu empresa, solo a petición de un usuario y de forma visible en la conversación; eliminar un evento siempre requiere antes una confirmación Sí/No. La lista de calendarios solo se usa para elegir en qué calendario trabaja el asistente.

No guardamos ninguna copia de tu calendario. Los detalles de eventos que obtiene el asistente para responder a una petición solo aparecen en el historial de chat de ese usuario, que el usuario puede borrar en cualquier momento. El acceso se guarda como un token de actualización cifrado, con la cuenta de tu empresa, con una clave distinta para cada cliente. Los datos de Google no se comparten con terceros salvo con el proveedor de IA que responde a tu petición, no se usan para publicidad y nunca se usan para entrenar o mejorar ningún modelo de IA.

Con Disconnect en la tarjeta de Google Calendar, o eliminando la tarjeta, revocamos el acceso en Google y borramos el token guardado. También puedes revocar el acceso tú mismo en myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Cuánto tiempo guardamos los datos

Mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Tras la baja, tus datos se eliminan en un plazo máximo de 30 días, salvo los que la ley nos obliga a conservar más tiempo (como las facturas, que deben guardarse 7 años por obligaciones fiscales).

6. Seguridad

Los datos sensibles (contraseñas y credenciales de servicios conectados) se guardan cifrados, con una clave distinta para cada cliente u organización, de modo que una filtración de los datos de un cliente no expone automáticamente los de otros clientes.

7. Tus derechos

Según el RGPD tienes derecho a:

  • Acceder a tus datos
  • Rectificar datos incorrectos
  • Suprimir tus datos ("derecho al olvido")
  • Limitar el tratamiento
  • La portabilidad de tus datos
  • Oponerte al tratamiento

Para ejercer estos derechos, escribe a marian@andriescu.nl. Si no estás de acuerdo con cómo gestionamos tu solicitud, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad neerlandesa de protección de datos, la Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Cookies

Solo usamos una cookie de sesión necesaria para mantener tu sesión iniciada, y tu elección de idioma en esta página se recuerda en tu navegador. No usamos cookies de seguimiento de terceros para publicidad.

9. Cambios

Podemos modificar esta política. La fecha al principio de esta página indica cuándo se modificó por última vez.

2. Ce date prelucrăm

  • Datele contului - nume de utilizator, parolă (stocată criptat), rol.
  • Date de utilizare - conversațiile tale cu asistentul AI, memoria pe care o salvează asistentul, documentele și fișierele pe care le încarci sau le generezi.
  • Servicii conectate - când conectezi un cont (de exemplu e-mail, WhatsApp, calendar, bancă), datele de acces necesare sunt stocate criptat, separat pentru fiecare client.
  • Google Calendar - când firma ta conectează un calendar Google, citim și modificăm evenimente din acel calendar pentru ca asistentul să poată planifica. Nu păstrăm nicio copie a calendarului: detaliile evenimentelor pe care le preia asistentul apar doar în istoricul de chat al utilizatorului, care poate fi șters oricând. Accesul este păstrat ca un token de reîmprospătare criptat, separat pentru fiecare firmă. Vezi secțiunea 4a.
  • Date de plată - abonamentele sunt procesate de procesatorul nostru de plăți Mollie. Nu vedem și nu stocăm niciodată datele cardului sau ale contului tău bancar.
  • Date tehnice - adresa IP și jurnale de bază, doar pentru securitate și rezolvarea problemelor.

3. Pentru ce folosim aceste date

Pentru a furniza serviciul, a factura, a preveni abuzurile și a îmbunătăți serviciul. Nu folosim datele tale în scop publicitar și nu le vindem terților.

4. Când ajung datele tale la o altă parte

Mesajele pe care le trimiți asistentului AI sunt prelucrate de furnizorul de modele AI configurat pentru contul tău, care generează răspunsul. Oferim doar furnizori AI ai căror termeni exclud folosirea mesajelor tale pentru antrenarea modelelor lor generale. În prezent sunt activi:

  • Google Gemini API, varianta plătită (Cloud Billing activat). Conform acestor termeni, Google nu folosește cererile sau răspunsurile pentru a-și îmbunătăți modelele. Vezi termenii Gemini API.
  • DeepInfra, care rulează modele deschise pe propria infrastructură, fără păstrarea datelor: intrările și ieșirile nu sunt stocate și nu sunt folosite pentru antrenare. Vezi DeepInfra data privacy.

Dacă se folosește un router de modele (OpenRouter sau Kilo), impunem acest lucru și tehnic: fiecare cerere conține instrucțiunea data_collection: deny, astfel încât routerul însuși refuză să trimită cererea unui furnizor care stochează datele sau se antrenează pe ele.

Plățile sunt procesate prin Mollie B.V. Vezi politica de confidențialitate a Mollie pentru modul în care prelucrează datele de plată.

Când conectezi singur o integrare (de exemplu propriul cont de e-mail sau bancar), traficul merge direct la acel serviciu, cu datele pe care le-ai furnizat.

Când firma ta își conectează Google Calendar la RechterHand, cerem acces prin Google OAuth cu exact aceste permisiuni: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events și https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly. Cu acest acces, asistentul AI citește, creează, modifică și șterge evenimente în calendarul ales de firma ta, doar la cererea unui utilizator și vizibil în conversație; ștergerea unui eveniment cere întotdeauna mai întâi o confirmare Da/Nu. Lista de calendare este folosită doar pentru a alege calendarul în care lucrează asistentul.

Nu păstrăm nicio copie a calendarului tău. Detaliile evenimentelor pe care le preia asistentul pentru a răspunde unei cereri apar doar în istoricul de chat al acelui utilizator, pe care utilizatorul îl poate șterge oricând. Accesul este păstrat ca un token de reîmprospătare criptat, la contul firmei tale, cu o cheie separată pentru fiecare client. Datele Google nu sunt partajate cu terți, cu excepția furnizorului AI care răspunde cererii tale, nu sunt folosite pentru publicitate și nu sunt folosite niciodată pentru a antrena sau îmbunătăți vreun model AI.

Cu Disconnect pe cardul Google Calendar, sau prin ștergerea cardului, revocăm accesul la Google și ștergem tokenul stocat. Poți revoca accesul și singur la myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Cât timp păstrăm datele

Cât timp contul tău este activ. După anulare, datele tale sunt șterse în cel mult 30 de zile, cu excepția datelor pe care legea ne obligă să le păstrăm mai mult (de exemplu facturile, care trebuie păstrate 7 ani în scopuri fiscale).

6. Securitate

Datele sensibile (parole și date de acces ale serviciilor conectate) sunt stocate criptat, cu o cheie separată pentru fiecare client/organizație, astfel încât scurgerea datelor unui client nu expune automat datele altor clienți.

7. Drepturile tale

Conform GDPR ai dreptul la:

  • Acces la datele tale
  • Rectificarea datelor incorecte
  • Ștergerea datelor ("dreptul de a fi uitat")
  • Restricționarea prelucrării
  • Portabilitatea datelor
  • Opoziția la prelucrare

Pentru a-ți exercita aceste drepturi, scrie la marian@andriescu.nl. Dacă nu ești de acord cu modul în care tratăm cererea ta, poți depune o plângere la autoritatea olandeză pentru protecția datelor, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Cookie-uri

Folosim doar un cookie de sesiune necesar pentru a te menține autentificat, iar alegerea limbii pe această pagină este reținută în browserul tău. Nu folosim cookie-uri de urmărire ale terților pentru publicitate.

9. Modificări

Putem modifica această politică. Data din partea de sus a paginii arată când a fost modificată ultima dată.
